Ingredients:
500g macaroni
3 cans tuna
2 medium onions, diced (or 3 smaller ones)
2 to 3 ribs of celery, diced (use more if they are on the slim side)
2 to 3 hard boiled eggs (this is to preference, use more or less as you like)
1 to 2 cups mayonnaise (again to preference, use more or less as you like. If you like a more creamy salad use more, if you like a thicker salad use a bit less!
Optional: 1 bell pepper, diced
1 t Garlic powder
1 t Onion powder
1/2 t Paprika
1 T Parsley
1 T Italian seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method: Cook the pasta according to package directions, rinse well in cold water to cool to room temperature and set aside for now. In a large mixing bowl, gather the rest of your ingredients. Add in the eggs first, and mash them up with a fork, Then, add the tuna, and do the same to break it up. Next, add in the celery and onions, (bell pepper if using), and stir it up well to combine. Then add in your seasonings, and stir well again to combine. Mix in the pasta and stir until well integrated with the tuna and veggies. Next add in the mayo. Mix very well to coat everything, and make sure its evenly distributed. Chill for 2-4 hours before serving for the best results, so all the flavors can mingle and blend together. Enjoy cold for a sensational treat. It’s even better the next day!
