4 cups Frozen Mixed Berries, (such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries) No need to thaw
1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar

For the cobbler topping:
⅓ cup Granulated Sugar, To balance tartness of berries
1 cup All-Purpose Flour, For the topping
1½ tsp Baking Powder, Ensures a lovely rise
½ tsp Salt, Balances sweetness
1 cup Milk, Helps to bind the batter
½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled, Use halal butter if needed

Instructions
