750kg bag Frozen Berries Your Choice! (We like forest fruits)
100g melted butter
150g granulated sugar
Vanilla Flavor (Vanilla Sugar packet or 1 tsp of extract)
pinch of salt
1 (10g) pack baking powder
250ml milk
200g sour cream
500g self rising flour

Method: Preheat your oven to 200c (375f). pour the frozen berries into a greased baking dish, and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and sour cream; mix thoroughly. Dump over the berries as evenly as you can, some spaces are fine as this adds to the the finished product. Make sure to use a spatula to get all the topping out of the bowl! Sprinkle the top with a light dusting of sugar, if desired. Bake in the oven, preheated, for 50 to 60 minutes until the top is golden brown, and the berries are bubbling. Serve warm with ice cream and whipped cream and enjoy!
