1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Chopped parsley for garnish optional

Place ingredients into oven safe dish and cook for 15-20 minutes
To get a crustier cheese, place under broiler for the final 1-2 minutes
Garnish with sausage crumbles, cheddar and parsley (optional)
Serve hot with crackers or chips
Notes
– You can make this dip the night before and keep it refrigerated until just before you need it. Then just pop it in the oven and serve.
– If you don’t have hot sausage, you can substitute ground beef. You can add some green chilies or even pepper flakes to add a little extra heat.
