Ingredients
¾ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 cup flour
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
The first thing you want to do is bake your flour. Yep, place the 1 cup of all purpose flour onto a clean baking sheet, liked with baking paper. Now cook the flour for 5 minutes at 180c to kill off bacteria. Then let it cool. Now, in a medium-sized bowl, beat together ¼ cup butter and ¾ cup brown sugar using an electric hand mixer. Now, add in ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ cup milk, and mix well! Next add the pinch of salt, along with the flour, and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly to combine. Chill if desired. Then enjoy for risk free, sweet, and delicious chocolate chip cookie dough!
