Life can get busy, and let’s be honest; we all deserve a break—but we also deserve great food! This garlic butter sauce is not just for pizza. Oh no, my friend, it’s perfect for dipping, drizzling, and indulging! Imagine slathering it on your favorite breadsticks or using it as a dipping sauce for wings. Talk about versatility!

Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter
3-4 cloves, minced garlic (measure with your heart, if you like more, use more!)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp Garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh cracked pepper
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp parsley
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)

Instructions

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat, being careful not to brown it. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until soft and fragrant, but not browned. Add the dried parsley, Italian seasoning, and paprika, along with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer on very low heat for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add in the grated parmesan cheese, and mix well. Use the garlic butter sauce immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
