Ricotta Ghost Toasts

Ingredients:
24 crostini
1½ cups whole-milk ricotta
olive bits (eyes/mouth)
optional, honey
Tools: Piping bag or spoon
Instructions:
Whisk ricotta until fluffy; transfer to a piping bag.
Pipe a tall oval “ghost” on each toast; add olive eyes and mouth.
Optional: finish with a light zig-zag of honey.
