Ingredients:
1 16 oz bag frozen cheese ravioli
2 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs Panko style
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp salt and black pepper, or to taste
1 Tbsp oil or cooking spray
¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 Tbsp dry or fresh herbs, like parsley, oregano, or basil
Instructions:
Put the eggs in a bowl. Using a fork, gently beat them to mix. Put the bread crumbs and seasoning in another bowl. Mix it with a fork! Take a frozen ravioli and dip it in the beaten egg. Then dip it in the bread crumb mixture, covering it well. Repeat the process with all of the raviolis. Grease the air fryer basket by lightly spraying the oil on it. Add the egg washed and breaded ravioli to the basket in a single layer. Spray them with oil on the top, and load the basket in the air fryer. Set the air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 minutes . Halfway through, pull out the basket, flip them over, and spray them with more oil. Continue to air fry them for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and toasted on both sides. Remove promptly when done. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and herbs on top. Serve warm with marinara or other dipping sauce. Enjoy !
