As crazy as it sounds, we’re dropping hot charcoal into a savory and spicy butter sauce that levels up ANY dish! This will become a grilling favorite in no time!!
Ingredients:
2 cups Butter, melted
½ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 t paprika
3-4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 T Dijon Mustard
1½ t Hot Sauce, something like Sriracha, or Texas Pete (optional)
1½ t Red Chili Flakes (optional)
Smoking Charcoal, fresh off the grill
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients for the butter to a jar, with a tight fitting lid, along with a smoldering coal from the fire (ideally white hot). Cover quickly to encapsulate the smoke, then set to the side to marinate for 20-30 minutes. Remove coal from the butter, before adding it to any steak or seafood dish of your liking!
