I’m all about dishes that deliver big flavors without demanding hours of prep and cleanup. This Honey Garlic BBQ Chicken Pasta is a dream come true—tender chunks of chicken coated in a sticky, sweet, and smoky sauce, all mingling perfectly with spiral pasta. It’s the kind of comfort food that feels indulgent but takes only about 30 minutes from start to finish. What I love most about this recipe is how everything cooks up in a single pot. That means the pasta absorbs all the rich, garlicky, and BBQ-infused goodness as it cooks, resulting in a ridiculously flavorful and satisfying dish. Whether you’re feeding a hungry crowd or just treating yourself to a cozy dinner, this pasta never disappoints.

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, diced
12 oz rotini pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup BBQ sauce (use your favorite)
1/4 cup honey
4 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside. In the same pot, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in BBQ sauce, honey, and chicken broth. Stir well to combine. Add rotini pasta and stir to ensure it is submerged. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed, add cooked chicken back into the pot. Stir well to coat the chicken with the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
