Spicy Korean Mayo (Gochujang Mayonnaise)

Spicy Korean mayo has rich umami flavors that take just 2 minutes to make. Level up burgers and fries with dippable, spreadable, addictive gochujang mayonnaise. Perfect for French fries, tacos, burgers, sandwiches, tuna cakes, and more.

Ingredients:
¼ cup mayonnaise regular or Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
2 teaspoon gochujang paste add more if you like it spicy
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon lime juice or lemon juice – skip if using Kewpie mayo
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Quite simply add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk. That’s it! Serve immediately as a dipping sauce, or refrigerate for later use.

Ingredients additions & substitutions:
– If you can’t get your hands on gochujang, you can substitute it with sriracha. Add according to taste preference.
– Freshly squeezed lime juice can be substituted with rice vinegar
– For extra flavor add onion powder
– Add ketchup for added flavor
– Add ¼ teaspoon of sesame oil for nutty aroma
– For sweetness stir in maple syrup
