Recipe Info

Today, I’m sharing a delightful recipe for my homemade spicy ramen seasoning. This flavorful blend is perfect for you if you crave a little extra kick in your ramen dishes. My youngest, the monkey, loves ramen, or even just noodles, with seasoning, for a snack. I came up with this recipe, as a way to cut the costs of constantly buying the packets of ramen, and just buying noodles in bulk, and making the ramen at home!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chicken bullion cubes (or bullion powder)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spiciness)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)

Combine the dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl or plate, combine the chicken bullion cubes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, black pepper, cayenne pepper (adjust to taste), thyme, and sea salt. Store in an airtight container, such as a small jar with a secure, tight fitting secure lid.
