Looking for some delectable potatoes to go with your steak or shrimp? Look no further, we got you covered with our “Loaded” Mashed Potatoes, made with melty cheese and savory bacon, to tempt your tastebuds!

Ingredients List:
6-8 medium to large sized russet potatoes (or preferred potato)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions (finely chopped, or more to taste)
4 T cannabutter (or to taste)
½ cup milk, or more as needed
1 cup bacon pieces (4-6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled)
salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions:
Pre-Heat oven: 375F. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, before you prepare it for boiling. Cut your clean potatoes into even cubes and place into boiling water for about 30 – 45 minutes. Fully cooked potatoes will split with a fork when poked. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the bacon pieces, and shredded cheese. Strain your potatoes and place them in a large mixing bowl, or back in the pan. Add the cannabutter, and milk, and smash together completely. If you prefer super smooth potatoes, use an electric mixer, and a bit more milk. You can always add as much canna butter as you need, or to taste. Add the salt, pepper, and scallions into the potato mixture. Put the potato mixture into a casserole dish, and top the cheese and bacon bits and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
