Classic Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 medium Granny Smith apples, cubed
1 cup red grapes, cut in half
1 cup sliced celery (about 3 stalks)
½ cup chopped toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions:
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until creamy and lump-free. Mix in the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sugar until combined and smooth. Add in the apples, grapes, celery, and walnuts; toss to coat. Chill for an hour or so to allow the flavors to blend, and serve!
