60’s Style Catalina Dressing

This easy 1960’s Catalina dressing recipe is sweet, tart, spicy, and everything in between. It’s the best addition to any salad, from chicken to kale. It’s a great on top of taco salads as well, and a crowd pleaser for any event.

Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup ketchup
1⁄4 sugar
1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
1⁄2 cup onion, grated
1 teaspoon paprika
1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup salad oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Add ketchup, sugar, vinegar, onion, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce to a medium bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. Gradually add the oil, and mix well. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a small glass jar, with a tight fitting lid, or a cruet, cover, and refrigerate before serving. Enjoy!
