Edible Birthday Cake Batter

12 T unsalted butter, (1 1/2 sticks softened)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 t vanilla extract
½ t salt
1½ cups all-purpose flour, (toasted)
¼ cup half and half
¼ cup white chocolate chips
¼ cup sprinkles

Place flour in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 seconds to ensure even cooking. Cooking for 1-2 minutes until flour has reached a safe temperature. If you are unsure of this method, bake the flour as in other posts, using edible doughs. To a mixing bowl add softened butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and creamy. Add flour, and half and half, and combine. Fold in white chocolate chips, and sprinkles. Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Eat by the spoonful, or spread on crackers or fruit.
