Easy Spanish Rice

Ingredients:
2 T olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 small tomatoes, diced
1½ cups uncooked long grain white rice (not instant)
2½ cups chicken broth
1 cups chunky salsa
1 t garlic salt
1 t cumin
Instructions:
Saute onion, peppers, and tomatoes in oil, over medium heat. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Mix rice into skillet, stirring often. When rice begins to brown, stir in chicken broth, salsa, garlic salt, and cumin. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes, until the liquid has been absorbed. Serve warm and enjoy!
