Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, diced (optional)
1 pound ground beef
½ cup soy sauce, (can use low sodium)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: rice for serving
Instructions:
In a large pan, melt butter. Add onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and jalapeno (if using) and cook for 5 minutes. Add ground beef. Cook until ground beef is fully cooked and vegetables are tender. Drain and return to pan. Add soy sauce and seasonings. Mix until well combined. Serve with cooked rice
