Cooking Tips:
➵ Use a pork loin that is about 1½ pounds. This size will fit in most air fryers and it only takes 20 minutes to cook perfectly.
➵ Dry the pork with a clean towel before you add any seasoning. This will help it get nice and crispy when it cooks in the air fryer.
➵ Rub the seasoning all over the pork loin for the best flavor.
➵ Brush the glaze on all sides of the meat so it gets nice and flavorful and crispy on the outside. It’s so good!
➵ Cook the pork loin until the internal temperature reaches 145F degrees. You can use a meat thermometer to check it.

➵ This pork recipe goes with so many things. Here are a few of my favorite ways to serve it!
➵ Enjoy it on top of some mashed potatoes with peas, broccoli, or asparagus. It would also go great with a kale quinoa salad, fennel slaw, or carrot salad.
➵ My kids really love it with some roasted potatoes and asparagus or roasted potatoes and carrots. Which makes a wonderful and tasty family dinner!
Got leftovers?
➵ In the event you have any leftovers, you can easily store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
➵ Reheat in the air fryer at 330 degrees for a few minutes or in the microwave.
➵ You can add sliced pork loin to salad, and wraps, or use it to make fajitas.
Ingredients:
For the pork loin:
1 pork loin – about 1½ lbs
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
For the glaze:
¼ cup tamari or soy sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tsp minced garlic
Instructions:
Prepare the pork loin – use a clean towel to dry the pork then use a sharp kitchen knife to cut off any excess unwanted fat.
Season – mix up the pork seasoning (paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper) in a small bowl and rub it all over (on all sides) the pork loin.
Mix up the glaze – add all of the glaze ingredients to a medium size bowl and whisk to combine into a delicious glaze. Then brush the glaze all over the pork loin.
Cook – preheat the air fryer to 390F degrees and spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray to prevent sticking. Carefully place the glazed pork loin into the air fryer and close and cook it for about 20 minutes. About 12 minutes per pound of meat. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it is cooked to 145F degrees. Then remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Serve – serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy!
