1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 oz egg noodles
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook Beef and Sauce: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
