Cannabis Infused Ramen

3 T cannabutter (more or less, adjust for the desired potency)
2-3 cloves minced garlic
½ T grated ginger
4 scallions sliced
½ T Sriracha, optional
2 cups chicken broth OR
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup water
1 package of Ramen noodles (whichever flavor you prefer)

Instructions:
Place the cannabutter, garlic, ginger, scallions, and chili sauce (if using) in a Dutch oven or large pot and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the scallions soften. The scallions are the key to knowing you cooked your ingredients adequately in the THC oil. Make sure the scallions wilt and lose some of their color. The ingredients should be perfectly cooked when the scallions have wilted. Add either chicken or beef stock, water, fish sauce, and soy sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat. Taste and adjust as necessary. Add the noodles to the boiling broth and cook for about 3 minutes or until cooked according to the package.

How to Enjoy Your THC Infused Ramen…
Once your noodles are thoroughly cooked, carefully pour the contents of the pot into a large bowl. From there, you can add any additional toppings you’d like to your Ramen. Fresh herbs, heartier proteins, bean sprouts, or even a poached egg.

This recipe is also easy to double or triple if you want to make a larger batch for friends to share.
