Weed Infused Garlic Butter Shrimp

Delicious and easy Weed Infused Garlic Butter Shrimp is a wonderful dish alone, over pasta, or with rice. You can serve it with vegetables, as a side for steaks, and so much more!
Ingredients:
1½ tbsp of olive oil
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ t salt
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ t red pepper flakes, optional
3 T Cannabutter
3 T lemon juice
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 T caper brine
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over high heat, until it just begins to smoke. Place shrimp in an even layer on the bottom of the pan and cook for 1 minute without stirring.
Season shrimp with salt as desired and cook for about 1 minute while stirring until shrimp begin to turn pink.
Stir in garlic, and red pepper flakes as desired, cooking for 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice, caper brine, 1½ tbsp of Cannabutter, and half the parsley.
Cook until butter has melted then turn heat to low and stir in 1½ tbsp cold cannabutter. Cook and stir for about 1-2 minutes until all butter has melted to form a thick sauce and shrimp are pink and opaque, fully cooked shrimp should form a ‘C’ shape. If they form a tight circle, they are overcooked!
Remove shrimp and transfer to a bowl. Continue to cook butter sauce for about 2 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
Garnish with more parsley, and serve shrimp topped with the pan sauce.
Tips:
– Add more cannabutter or substitute regular butter based on desired dosage.
– Serve as an addition to pasta, broccoli, rice, bread, asparagus, your favorite side, or eat as is.
– Add a few tablespoons of water, 1 at a time, to the pan sauce to thin if too thick.
