If you love bread pudding, this easy butter pecan bread pudding is for you! You will not believe how easy it is to make and how delicious this bread pudding tastes with just a few simple ingredients, including butter pecan flavored coffee creamer.

Ingredients:
For The Bread Pudding:
16 ounce Challah bread, cut into 1-1½ inch pieces
32 ounces butter pecan coffee creamer
5 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup pecans, chopped
For The Glaze:
1½ cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
For the Bread Pudding:
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cinnamon and creamer together. Add day-old bread cubes and chopped pecans to egg mixture. Let sit 10 minutes. Pour bread into prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 55-60 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 additional minutes. Carefully remove from oven and top with glaze. Serve warm.
For the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk together. Add more milk if needed.
