Marie’s Infamous Chex Mix

Ingredients:
2 cups Corn Chex cereal
2 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
2 cup mixed nuts
1 cup rye chips
1 cup cheese crackers or chedder goldfish
1 cup bite size pretzels
1 cup garlic flavor bite size bagel chips (or regular-size bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces)
6 T butter
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T Parmesan Cheese
2 T seasoned salt
1 T parsley
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
2 t seasoned salt
2 t Italian seasoning
1 t paprika
Method:
Preheat oven to 130c. In a large, ungreased roasting pan, melt your butter in the oven. Remove the pan from the oven and stir in all the seasonings, and mix well. In a separate large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients well. Gradually add them to the roasting pan, mixing well to coat them with the seasoned butter. I will usually do this with my hands, to get even distribution. Bake in preheated oven for one hour, stirring well every 15 minutes. Spread out on paper towels to cool. Store in an airtight container!
