Yes, even peanut butter cookie dough, yummy for snacking!!
Ingredients:
2 T light brown sugar
2 T light white sugar
¼ cup peanut butter
2 T milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup peanut butter chips, Reece’s pieces or chocolate chips (optional)
Method: The first thing you want to do is bake your flour. Yep, place the ½ cup of all purpose flour onto a clean baking sheet, liked with baking paper. Now, cook the flour for 5 minutes at 180c to kill off bacteria. Then let it cool completely. Now, in a medium-sized bowl, beat together ¼ cup peanut butter, and both sugars, using an electric hand mixer, until fluffy, or about 2 minutes. Next, add in ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, and the milk, and mix well! In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the dry ingredient to the wet, a little at a time, and mix thoroughly to combine, making sure there are no dry spots left. Stir in the chip or pieces, if using. Chill if desired. Now you can enjoy for risk free, sweet, and delicious peanut butter cookie dough!
